About Opole<\/h2><\/div>
<\/div><\/div>[vc_empty_space height=”40px”][vc_column_text]Opole is\u00a0a voivodeship capital with 128,000 residents<\/strong>\u00a0located in the South\u00a0of Poland, near Czech and German border (54 km and 240 km respectively). Opole is a part of an\u00a0\u00a0Agglomeration with 320,000 residents<\/strong>. The city closely cooperates with communes which form the agglomeration and the aim of such cooperation is to promote economic growth and new jobs creation.<\/p>\n

The city prides itself on multiple convenient and\u00a0fast railway connections<\/strong>, whose coverage more than doubles the national average. River transport serves as significant traffic route as well. There are\u00a0two river ports<\/strong>\u00a0on Oder, located within the commune\u2019s administrative territory. The facilities at both ports include transshipment tank, railway siding and port crane adapted for transporting hundred of tonnes of cargo.\u00a0The city is easily reached by road due to the first-rate road network whose most representative section is the international Dresden-Kiev transport corridor \u2013 \u00a0A4 motorway<\/strong>. The motorway makes it possible to\u00a0reach the nearest international airports in Wroc\u0142aw and Katowice (located approximately 100 km and 110 km from Opole respectively) in less than an hour<\/strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0Furthermore, \u00a0Kamie\u0144 \u015al\u0105ski airport<\/strong>, which is capable of receiving air taxis and flights outside regular air traffic, is located only 24 km from Opole.<\/p>\n

The city of Opole has highly efficient\u00a0public transportation system<\/strong>, adapted for the needs of investors in relation to both the location of new bus stops and the frequency of buses running.
